We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. If you decide to cancel or change your order you must notify us within 3 days of placing your order. Orders cancelled after this time may incur a fee of 35% of the invoiced order. No refunds are given after order has been completed and shipped.
Please inform us via email of any damages or problems immediately upon delivery. You must notify us within 3 days for damage claims to be considered valid.
Delivery & Shipping
Digital portrait orders will be available via Dropbox, ready for printing and sharing.
Average delivery is approximately 14 days from date of online purchase, with a maximum of 30 days until delivery. If you have not received your purchase within this time frame, please contact Holly immediately.
